1. How long does delivery take?

We offer two shipping options within Pakistan:

  • Standard Delivery: PKR 200 (4 to 6 business days)
  • Express Delivery: PKR 300 (2 to 3 business days)

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.


2. How do I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status with our courier partners.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!


4. What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfer & digital payments (coming soon)

5. Can I return or exchange my watch?

Yes — if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

6. What should I do if I receive a wrong or faulty product?

Contact our support team right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly.

7. Are these watches original or replicas?

We sell premium-quality inspired and branded designs. Each product page clearly mentions whether the watch is a tribute design or carries a brand name.


8. Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Yes, we offer bulk pricing for businesses, giveaways, and resale.
