Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after use
  • Minor color or size variation from product images
  • Items purchased on discount or promotional offers (unless damaged)

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at sales@merighari.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Mention your order number and attach clear photos of the product and issue
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the item via courier

Note: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or damaged.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified by email or WhatsApp
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days
  • Refunds are made through the original payment method or as store credit

If the item is found used or damaged due to customer error, the refund may be rejected.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received after 5 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment service
  • Contact your bank for delays in processing
  • If still unresolved, email us at info@merighari.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please email us with proof of the issue at sales@merighari.com.
